Really happy with this storage rack. It’s sturdy, well-made, and has plenty of shelf space. The company set up the shelf professionally, and it feels solid and stable once it’s set up. It’s made organizing my storage area a lot easier, and it looks nice and tidy too. Great for the price. definitely recommend!
Prompt respose and assistance from Serene too. Excellent service!
Warehouse rack for Singapore businesses
Heavy duty boltless rack systems for warehouses, logistics premises, factories and offices across Singapore. Rated to 400kg per shelf, 60cm deep, in bays up to H240 × L245cm — four sizes, from S$420, each supplied complete with four shelves.
It works as a warehouse storage rack for palletised goods broken down to carton level, as an inventory rack for pick faces and fast-moving lines, and as a factory rack beside a production cell. The same bay serves as a commercial rack in a retail back room or an office store.
It is the same boltless system as our home racking, built a grade heavier: thicker uprights, longer beams and shelf panels that span 200cm or 245cm without a centre support. No bolts, no welding, no anchoring into your floor, and every level re-spaces by hand when your stock profile changes.
We have been a heavy duty racking supplier in Singapore since 2004, supplying and installing industrial racks and industrial shelving — warehouse racks for logistics and distribution facilities, light industrial factories, retail back-of-house, cold rooms, schools and corporate offices, on private and government projects alike.

Warehouse rack sizes and prices
All four bays are 60cm deep and priced as a complete rack — two vertical frames and four shelves.
| Size (H × L × D) | Price | Max load per shelf | Suits | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| H200 × L200 × D60cm | S$420 | 400kg | Standard bay for a store room or back-of-house area | In stock |
| H240 × L200 × D60cm | S$460 | 400kg | Same footprint, extra height for a fifth shelf level | In stock |
| H200 × L245 × D60cm | S$540 | 400kg | Longest span at reachable height | In stock |
| H240 × L245 × D60cm | S$580 | 400kg | Maximum bay — most shelf area per square metre of floor | In stock |
Adding to a bay
Shelf levels and vertical frames are sold separately, so a run can grow without replacing anything you already own. Add a frame and one set of shelves to extend a run sideways; add shelves alone to fill the height you already have.
| Component | Price each |
|---|---|
| Extra shelf level, 200cm long | S$90 |
| Extra shelf level, 245cm long | S$120 |
| Extra single vertical frame, 200cm high | S$100 |
| Extra single vertical frame, 240cm high | S$130 |
H is height, L is length along the wall, D is depth. Every price is for a complete bay with four shelves.

Industries we install for
Every working premises hits the same wall: floor space runs out long before the ceiling does. A 240cm bay turns that unused height into four or five working levels inside a 60cm footprint, and the levels re-space by hand when the stock profile changes.
Since 2004 this heavy-duty rack has gone into most kinds of premises in Singapore:
- Logistics and distribution. Third-party logistics operators, freight forwarders and distribution centres — the logistic rack work that makes up the largest share of our installations.
- Light industrial factories and workshops. Components, spares, tooling and work-in-progress, where an industrial rack has to take knocks from a pallet truck and keep standing square.
- Retail back-of-house. Stockrooms for major retail chains in Singapore, where replenishment runs daily and the rack is in constant use.
- Automotive and EV. In recent years we have racked parts and accessories stores for electric vehicle service centres, including one for a prominent EV supplier — long, heavy, awkward items that need deep shelves and real load rating.
- Cold rooms and food storage. Chilled and dry goods storage for F&B operators. See the note below.
- Schools and institutions. Art rooms, equipment stores and general miscellaneous storage — bulky, irregular items that defeat ordinary office shelving.
- Technology, electronics and medical. Component rooms, equipment stores and controlled storage areas.
- Offices and corporate premises. Filing rooms, archives and storerooms. This is where the H200 and H244 heights earn their place — see below.
- Self-storage and rental facilities, and temporary storage areas during fit-outs and relocations.
A large share of that work has been on government and public sector projects, which is why we hold bizSAFE Level 3 and are registered on GeBIZ and Vendors@Gov. The installation gallery below shows the premises themselves.
Cold room racks and the blue and orange finish
The blue and orange rack is the one most people picture when they think of a warehouse: blue uprights, orange-edged shelf panels with a white centre. The colour is not decoration — it is a thick epoxy powder coat, which is why the same rack goes into chilled rooms. Powder-coated steel is a sound choice for a chilled store, and we have fitted cold room racks for F&B operators keeping stock at temperature. Two things make this rack suit the job: the shelf panels are solid steel rather than board, so nothing swells or harbours anything in a damp, cold atmosphere; and the open frame construction lets chilled air circulate around the goods instead of being blocked by a solid back panel.
Cold rooms do need a conversation first. Condensation behaves differently at different set points, floor finishes vary, and a freezer is not a chiller. Tell us the operating temperature and what you are storing when you enquire, and we will tell you honestly whether this range is right for your room or whether you need a different specification.
Why offices choose H200 and H244
Our two bay heights are a deliberate fit for commercial interiors rather than high-bay warehouses. H200 clears a standard office door head and sits under most false ceilings and sprinkler lines, so it goes into a filing room or storeroom without a services survey. H244 takes the same footprint up to the height of a typical soffit where the ceiling allows it.
That is why a 400kg-per-shelf rack ends up in offices as often as in warehouses: archive boxes, server and AV equipment, exhibition material and marketing stock are heavy, and ordinary office shelving is not rated for them. It is the same reason schools use it for art rooms and equipment stores. If the load is lighter and the space is narrower, the 200kg storeroom rack range costs less and takes a shallower wall.
Warehouse Rack Installation Project
Installations across warehouses, offices, workshops, retail back-of-house and storage facilities. Tap any photo to see it full size.
Plan the run, not just the rack
A 245cm bay needs more than 245cm of wall: leave clearance at each end for the uprights, and keep an aisle wide enough to turn a trolley in front of the shelves. Check the ceiling too — a 240cm frame needs headroom above it for the top shelf to be loaded, and sprinkler heads and light fittings both eat into that.
For a unit of any size, send us your floor plan. We will work through it with you and come back with a racking layout: where the rows run, how the bays divide up each run, which way the aisles face and how much working room is left between them. The drawing beside this is what you get back — marked up with you before anything is ordered, and revised until the flow suits how you actually pick and put away.
No floor plan to hand? The wall length, the ceiling height and roughly what you are storing is enough for a first pass. If the space is a household storeroom rather than a commercial unit, our storeroom measuring guide walks through measuring it yourself.
What a warehouse racking project involves
Almost all of this racking goes into working premises — warehouses, logistics and distribution units, workshops, and office or archive stores. A site like that does not price the way a home delivery does, which is why warehouse racking is quoted on a project basis rather than at the flat residential rate.
A commercial quotation normally covers:
- Site layout. The racking arrangement worked out from your floor plan — run positions, bay divisions, aisle widths and clearances.
- Site measurement survey. We measure on site before anything is cut to length, so the layout matches the building rather than the drawing.
- Delivery and access. Whether the premises have a loading bay makes a real difference to the cost, as do lift access, floor level and the hours you can receive goods.
- Installation. Built in place by our own crew, including setting out, levelling the runs and setting the shelf heights you asked for.
- Progressive implementation. Larger fit-outs go in by phase, so one area is racked and back in use while the next is cleared. Stock keeps moving and the operation does not stop for the install.
All of it is agreed with you up front and set out in an official quotation — scope, phasing and price, on a project basis. Send us the plan and we will work out the rest with you. The same applies to a corner layout with no centre pole where a run has to turn a corner.
How to order a warehouse rack
For a single bay or two, the measurements are enough. For a warehouse rack project of any size, start with the floor plan and let us do the layout work.
- Send us the floor plan of the premises. A PDF, a CAD export or even a clear photograph of a printed plan. We will work out how many bays fit, where the runs go and how wide the aisles end up, and come back with a marked-up layout for you to react to. There is no charge for this.
-
Tell us about the building. This is what decides the installation
cost, and it is the part most quotations get wrong by not asking:
- Access — is there a loading bay, or is it a kerbside unload? Goods lift or stairs, and what are the lift's dimensions and weight limit?
- Timing — your operating hours, and whether we have to work outside them. Many premises restrict deliveries to set windows or require after-hours work.
- Site restrictions — permits, security clearance, induction requirements, lift booking, protection of finished floors.
- Documentation — whether you need bizSAFE certification, insurance certificates, risk assessments or method statements from us. We hold bizSAFE Level 3 and are registered on GeBIZ and Vendors@Gov.
- Phasing — whether the area can be cleared in one go, or whether it has to be racked section by section while you keep operating.
- We size the crew to the job. How many installers and how many days follows from the layout, the access and the phasing — which is exactly why it cannot be a fixed price off a website.
- You get one official quotation covering the racking, delivery and installation together. Business, commercial and project deliveries are quoted per project, because access, timing and site conditions differ. Send us the details and we will issue an official quotation.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much weight can each warehouse rack shelf carry?
Each shelf level is rated to a maximum load of 400kg, which puts this range in the medium duty class — the right grade for cartons, boxed stock, spare parts and general warehouse goods rather than palletised bulk on a forklift. Load the shelf evenly across its full length. For the background on ratings and safe stacking, see our guide to heavy duty racking.
Can these racks be used in a cold room or chiller?
Yes, and we have fitted cold room storage racks for F&B operators. The shelf panels are solid powder-coated steel rather than board, so nothing swells or absorbs moisture, and the open frame lets chilled air circulate instead of being blocked by a back panel. Tell us the operating temperature and what you are storing when you enquire — a freezer is not a chiller, and we would rather tell you honestly whether this range suits your room than sell you the wrong specification.
What do you need to know about our premises before quoting?
Send the floor plan first and we will do the layout at no charge. Then the building: loading bay or kerbside unload, goods lift dimensions and weight limit, your operating hours and any delivery windows, permits or security clearance, and whether you require bizSAFE certification, insurance certificates or a risk assessment from us — we hold bizSAFE Level 3 and are registered on GeBIZ and Vendors@Gov. Those answers decide the crew size and the schedule, which is why installation is priced per project rather than from a list.
Is it really boltless, and how long does assembly take?
Genuinely boltless — no nuts, bolts or fixings. The beams have hooked ends that drop into slots punched down each upright and lock when tapped home, then the shelf panels sit on the beams. A 200cm bay takes two people roughly an hour, and nothing is drilled into your floor or wall. The DIY rack assembly guide sets out the order to build it in.
What are the delivery and warranty terms for a warehouse rack?
The flat S$40 rate is a home delivery rate and does not apply to warehouse racking. Business, commercial and project deliveries are quoted per project, because access, timing and site conditions differ. Send us the details and we will issue an official quotation. A commercial quotation prices the site survey, the delivery — with or without a loading bay — and the installation together, so the figure you are given is the figure you pay. Access notes are on the delivery and shipping policy page. Every bay is covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects; the warranty terms set out what that includes.
