Boltless. No tools and no drilling, so it is safe for an HDB household shelter.
Warranty
1 year against manufacturing defects — what is covered.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

We accept Cash on delivery, PayLah! or PayNow, e-Invoice / Vendor@Gov. Cash on delivery is how most household orders are settled — you pay the driver on arrival. Card payments are not available, so please do not plan on paying by Visa or NETS. Full terms are on our terms and conditions page.

When will my rack arrive?

Within 3 working days of a confirmed order, for a flat S$40 for homes anywhere in Singapore — the same charge whether you order one rack or several. We call to agree a delivery window first. See the delivery and shipping policy for access requirements.

Is the order confirmed as soon as I submit it?

Not quite. Submitting the form is your order request; we confirm it back to you once we have checked stock and the delivery date. That confirmation is the point the contract forms, so wait for it before making arrangements at your end.

Can I still change my mind?

Before despatch, yes — tell us as soon as you can and changes are usually straightforward. After delivery, our return policy gives you seven days, provided the rack is unused and in its original packaging.
