Can I order online, or do I have to call?
Send your order through the order form and we will confirm it by phone or email, including the delivery date. If you are not yet sure which size fits, use the quotation form instead and send us your measurements — we will recommend a layout before you commit.
How much is delivery?
A flat S$40 anywhere in Singapore, whatever you order and however many racks are on it, delivered within 3 working days of a confirmed order. Access conditions and self-collection are covered in our delivery and shipping policy.
Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?
There is no GST to include — we are not GST-registered, so none is charged and none appears on your invoice. The listed price plus the flat delivery charge is the full amount payable. See our terms and conditions for the complete pricing terms.
Do the racks come with shelves included?
Yes. Every rack is quoted complete with its shelves — the price you see is for a working rack, not a frame you then have to fill. Additional shelves can be added at the time of order; ask us for the add-on price for your size.
What if I order the wrong size?
Measure first and it rarely happens — our measuring guide covers the three dimensions people get wrong. If it does, our return policy gives you seven days from delivery, and every rack carries a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
