Frequently Asked Questions
Can I walk in to see the racks without an appointment?
On weekdays, yes — we are open Monday to Friday, 11am – 5pm and you are welcome to drop by the unit at Lower Delta Road to see the shelving and the finishes in person. Saturday visits are by appointment only, so call ahead. If you already know the size you want, our quick storeroom rack quotation form is usually faster than a visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, PayLah! and PayNow, and e-Invoice or Vendor@Gov for government and corporate buyers. We do not accept Visa, Mastercard or NETS at the unit, so please plan for one of the methods above. Company purchase orders are welcome — send the details with your order request and we will invoice accordingly.
How do I get to Lower Delta Road by public transport?
Alight at Tiong Bahru MRT (East-West line, EW17), then transfer to bus 123, 123M or 195 at bus stop 10161 opposite Tiong Bahru Plaza. It is two stops; alight opposite Cendex Centre and the block is a short walk away. Buses 65, 131, 275 and 855 also stop along Lower Delta Road. The MRT walkthrough video on this page shows the whole route.
Do I need to visit before ordering a rack?
No. Most customers order without visiting: send us the wall length, depth and ceiling height and we size the rack for you. Our guide to measuring your storeroom lists exactly which measurements to take, including the door opening and skirting that catch people out. Delivery is a flat S$40 island-wide to homes; business and project deliveries are quoted per project.
Who do I contact about an existing order or delivery date?
Call us on (65) 6372 1581 during opening hours, or email and quote your order reference so we can pull it up straight away. Delivery is within 3 working days of a confirmed order; if you need to change a delivery slot, tell us as early as you can. Access and self-collection details are on our delivery and shipping policy.
