What happens next

  1. We read your measurements

    Wall lengths, door position and any obstruction you have told us about.

  2. We work out the layout

    Straight run, L-shape or U-shape, and how many tiers. If an L-shaped rack with no centre pole would use your corner better, we will say so.

  3. You get a price

    Itemised, including the flat S$40 delivery, valid for 30 days. Every rack carries a 1 year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I send the form?

It reaches us by email straight away and you get a confirmation copy. We read the measurements, work out which rack layout fits your room, and come back with a price — usually the same working day. If anything in the measurements looks off, we will ask before quoting rather than quote something that will not fit.

What if my storeroom is not the shape in the diagram?

Fill in whichever walls apply and upload a floor plan or a photo in the file upload section — a phone photo of the room from the doorway is genuinely useful. Our measuring guide covers awkward shapes, including rooms where the door swings inward.

How long is the quotation valid?

30 days from the date we issue it. After that ask us to reissue rather than relying on the old figures, since material prices and stock both move. The full terms are on our terms and conditions page.

Is there any charge for the quotation?

None. The quotation and the layout recommendation are free, with no obligation to order. Delivery is a flat S$40 if you go ahead, within 3 working days — see the delivery and shipping policy.
