Will this fit through my door?
The rack is delivered as flat components and assembled in the room, so the doorway only has to take the shelf panels rather than a built rack. The panel is the widest single piece. If your door opening is unusually narrow, tell us before ordering — our measuring guide explains what to record.
Does the price include the shelves?
Yes. S$115.00 is for the complete rack with its shelves. Extra shelf levels can be added at the time of order — ask us for the add-on price for this size when you request a quotation.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?
A flat S$40 for homes — HDB, condominium and landed, within 3 working days of a confirmed order — the same charge whether you order one rack or several. Business, commercial and project deliveries are quoted per project, because access, timing and site conditions differ. Send us the details and we will issue an official quotation. Access requirements and self-collection are set out in our delivery and shipping policy.
Do I need tools, or any drilling?
Neither. It is a boltless rack: the beams tap into the uprights by hand and the shelves sit on top, so nothing is fixed to your wall or floor. Shelf heights can be moved later without dismantling the whole rack.
What cover comes with it?
A 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on the frame, beams and shelf panels. If it arrives damaged, tell us within two days and we will replace it; see the return policy for returns and exchanges.
