    1. If I am in Singapore, (referring to all stay in Singapore), how do I go about buying from you?

      If you are in Singapore, please visits our store at (location maps), our customer service representatives are available to assist you.

      Our Opening Hours are as follows:

      11am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

      11am - 3pm (Saturday)

      Close on Sunday and Public Holiday

      Please call us 2 to 3 hours before coming down.

    2. How do I get to your showroom?

      Please refer to our (contact us) page, it shows a google maps, and all direction as to how to get to our showroom.

    3. Can I make payment through credit card or Nets?

      We do not at the moment carries any credit card or Nets facilities, all payment are through cashpayment only. We do not accept cheques.

    4. Where is the nearest ATM close to your showroom?

      The nearest ATM would be at Tiong Bahru Plaza, it has all POSB, DBS, and UOB.
      Bukit Merah Central, it has POSB, DBS, Standard Charter, UOB.
      ViVo City, it has POSB, DBS, UOB, Standard Charter, OCBC.

    5. What is the currency used in this website?

      All prices listed in this website are quoted in Singapore dollars.

    6. Do you do delivery once I purchase the item from you?

      All purchases can be done on a cash and carry basis.  For delivery, we charges from as low as $10 to $100 for each trip, depending on the items purchase.

    7. Is there any minimum order quantity for each items?

      There are no minimum order quantity.

    8. How do we know if you have stocks for a particular items?

      Please feel free to email or call us to enquire before making a trip to our showroom, our customer service representative will advise regarding stock availability.

    9. What if you do not have the stocks, can we place an order?

      Each product will have a certain minimum quantity in order to place order, and please allow 1 to 3 month for production and shipment. The lid time will depends on which product. Our customer service representative will advise you accordingly.

    10. What if I need the items urgently, can you help to arrange?

      Normal shipment out of Singapore may takes about 10 to 14 days, if you choose to go via cargo express, it may takes about 2 to 3 days to arrived, depending on which country. We will need to check with the forwarders before charging you accordingly.

    11. I find your product unique and cheaper than most of the other website, where is your product design and make from?

      Our product are uniquely design or either source directly in different part of China. We inspect every piece of the product before packaging and export, to ensure high quality at all time for our branding.

    12. Do you have Return or Refund Policy?

      We do not allow any returns of our product once it is sold. We advise all customers to check the product before buying.

    13. I am not living in Singapore, do you sell and deliver overseas?

      Yes, we do sell and deliver overseas. As of now, we have customers from Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangkok, USA, Italy, Spain, and many others. You can contact us via email. Once you confirm the items you need to purchase, we will assess your cargo charges base on your delivery location and how urgent you need the items. All deliveries are through Registered Mail, comes with a tracking numbers. We will give you a total assessment of the cost, and final payment will be sent to you via email using Paypal. Paypal accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards etc....

    14. What is Wholesale Orders?

      Wholesale Orders refers to all bulk purchase from retailers or overseas buyer customers.  For all Wholesale orders, please contact us through email, or please refers to our (contact us) page.
